FAQs

What COVID-19 precautions will be in place?

Given COVID-19, we ask that every eligible guest be fully vaccinated prior to the wedding festivities. If you're able to get a booster shot, please do as this is the best way to keep everyone safe. We are doing our best to hold most wedding activities outdoors (including all events on Friday evening and Saturday) and will have hand sanitizer readily available. We will not be requiring masks but you are more than welcome to wear one if that makes you most comfortable.

How can I get a COVID test before my flight home?

Antigen testing is available at the resort for $35, and appointments can be scheduled when you check in. The US requires you to have a negative test one day before your flight.

What events am I invited to?

You are welcome to all the events listed on the events page. If you haven't RSVPed, please send Kyle or Ana a message by December 24 to let us know which events you're interested in attending.

What is there to do in Puerto Vallarta?

Puerto Vallarta has something for everyone, whether you're looking to lay out on the beach with a cold beverage to read a book or go on a fun-filled adventure. We recommend checking out this website for a list of some of the many things you can do.

What is the attire?

On Saturday, we ask that guests come in semi-formal attire (think cocktail and flowy dresses, dress pants/shirts, no jackets required). Please no flip flops or jeans! For all other days, feel free to wear whatever you would like.

What is the food and drink situation like for the wedding?

On Friday, we will have a happy hour followed by a buffet dinner (chicken, salmon and beef available) with an open bar. On Saturday, we will have a cocktail hour with appetizers after the ceremony, followed by a reception with a plated dinner and an open bar all evening. Please let us know ASAP if you haven't already about any food allergies.

What if I'd prefer to eat vegetarian?

Be sure to let us know in the RSVP form so we'll be sure to have enough veggie-friendly options.

Should I drink the tap water?

We recommend drinking bottled water during your stay just to be safe. All water served at the wedding and in the hotel is purified so no need to worry when you're there!

Where will you be during the days leading up to the wedding and afterwards?

We are staying at the hotel from the 4th to the 11th and would love to hang out with you there or elsewhere! The best way to reach us while in Mexico is to send us an iMessage or a WhatsApp.
